Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms. It is short because the limits are not negotiable.

Absolutely prohibited, no warning, account closed: any attempt to generate, request, describe or publish sexual content involving a minor, or anyone made to appear as a minor. This includes ages under 18, childhood settings, school framings, diapers, and wording intended to imply youth. Attempts are blocked automatically, logged, and may be reported to law enforcement and to NCMEC or the IWF.

You must not

Generate or publish content depicting a real person — their face, body, name or a recognisable likeness — without their documented consent. This includes public figures, people you know, and anyone whose photograph you upload or describe.
Use the service to produce non-consensual intimate imagery, "nudify" a real photograph, or create sexual deepfakes of anybody. Deepfakes are prohibited. There is no undress tool, and no image-to-image, image-to-video, video-to-image, or video-to-video feature for imitating a real person.
Upload a photo or a video, or ask us to edit one. This service does not accept uploaded pictures or videos.
Depict, solicit or simulate any of the following, including as a cartoon, a joke, or a fantasy:
- a minor, or anyone in diapers or made to look under 18
- a deepfake, a real person, or a celebrity likeness
- incest
- non-consensual sex, including anyone asleep, unconscious, or otherwise unable to agree
- watersports
- violence, abduction, or snuff, including fantasy snuff
- bestiality or cruelty to an animal
- sex while drunk, drugged, hypnotized, or otherwise under the influence
- prostitution or escorting
- polygamy
- instructions for a crime, including how to build a bomb or any illegal plotting
- professional advice, including medical, legal, and gambling or handicapping advice
- hate speech
Mix real-performer adult content with AI-generated content, or offer a real profile next to an AI one. Every profile here is AI and is labelled as such.
Resell another operator’s membership, sell gems, coins, or any other currency, or use a payment here to grant access to any website other than this one.
Present generated content as a real person, a real encounter, or a real photograph of a real human being, including in fan chat.
Impersonate us, or claim partnership or endorsement by Fanvue, OnlyFans, Google, or any model provider.
Use a character to defraud, blackmail, harass, or to run a payment scam on a fan.
Resell, sublicense or rebrand the service, scrape it, or automate it outside the interfaces we provide.
Attempt to bypass the age gate, the content filters, or any rate or spend limit — including by obfuscating words, spacing letters, or substituting characters.
Breach the terms of any platform you connect, or upload content there that the platform forbids.

How we enforce it

Prompts are screened before they reach any model, at every point of entry — the wizard fields, the refine sentence, the scene, a custom prompt, a character's own generated plan, a caption, and fan messages. A blocked prompt is refused and recorded: the category, the time, the surface it was typed on, and a hash. The wording of a minor-related attempt, and of hate speech, is not kept. Other blocks keep a short excerpt so a person can review them. Illegal or otherwise unsupported content is removed without undue delay. Anyone identified as having created it is banned from creating anything further. Depending on what we find we may also warn you, suspend generation, close the account without refund, or report it.
