Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and Echelon Labs LLC ("we", "us"). You agree to them by actively confirming that at the entrance to the site, and again at checkout before any payment. A link in the footer is not acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who we are
Echelon Labs LLC, registered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA, incorporated in Wyoming, USA, operates this website. Customer service: [email protected]. Legal notices: [email protected]. The operator is not the merchant for the subscription.
Paid access is billed only through Fanvue Payments. Fanvue charges the card. This site does not take payment, does not store a card number, and does not run a checkout. Refunds, failed charges, and card disputes for that subscription are Fanvue’s.
These terms cover makeaigirls.com only. The fee buys operation of AI profiles on this website. We do not resell memberships of other operators. We do not sell gems, coins, or any other currency. Nothing you pay grants access to any website other than this one. Connecting a page you already own, so your AI profile can post there, is your own account — it is not access we sell.
1. Who may use this
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you live. The service produces sexually explicit imagery of fictional adults. Before any of that content is shown, you have to actively confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these terms. By paying, you confirm it again.
You may not use the service if you are barred from it under any applicable sanctions or export control law, or if we have previously closed your account.
2. What the service does
You describe a fictional adult woman. We generate candidate faces, you choose one, and we train a character model on stills of that face. Once trained, the character can generate further images, write scheduled posts, and — if you connect a Fanvue account — publish and reply to messages on that account automatically. She is software. She is not a person, and nothing she says is a statement of fact by us or by you.
3. Accounts
Naming a character and choosing her look needs no account. Generating images, and everything after it, requires signing in. Log in with Fanvue is the only sign-in. It identifies you. It does not by itself connect a character to your fans. You are responsible for the account you sign in with and for anything done through your session. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has used your account.
Characters you created before signing in are attached to your account when you sign in. If you never sign in, they remain tied to a browser cookie and may be deleted without notice.
4. Your content and who owns what
You keep what you make. As between you and us, the characters, prompts, images and captions generated from your account are yours, and we claim no ownership of them.
You grant us a licence to host, store, process and transmit that content strictly to run the service for you — including sending prompts to the model providers named in the Privacy Policy, storing the images, and posting them to a connected Fanvue account at your instruction. That licence ends when you delete the content, save for backups we have not yet cycled out.
We do not use your characters or chats to train our own models, and we do not sell them.
Generated output may not be unique. Two people describing a similar character can receive similar results, and we cannot promise exclusivity in any image or face.
5. What you are responsible for
You are responsible for the character you describe, for the platforms you publish her to, and for complying with their rules — Fanvue's terms are between you and Fanvue. You agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy before any page is shown and before anything is generated. Generating a deepfake, or anything else that policy forbids, is a breach.
Stills on this site are labelled “AI-generated fictional adult.” Image captions we publish carry that line. You keep the label in place wherever you republish a still. Several jurisdictions require that disclosure; removing it is a breach of these terms.
You must not do anything in the Acceptable Use Policy or the Moderation standards. Both are part of these terms. When those terms change in a way that matters, the entrance asks you to agree again before anything is shown.
Every profile on this website is AI. There are no real profiles, and real-performer adult content is not hosted here alongside the generated content. Profiles are labelled as AI. You must not present a character as a real person where the law or a platform requires you to say she is generated.
6. Fees
Creating a character costs $89, which includes her first month. Keeping her running costs $89 per month after that. Fanvue Payments is the only way that fee is charged. The Fanvue checkout shows the amount in USD before the payment is taken. This site asks you to agree before you are sent there. The boxes are not pre-ticked. See Billing, Refunds & Cancellation. The card is charged by Fanvue, not by this site.
Your consent to the subscription is recorded when you agree and must be renewed at least every 12 months. Renewal is an active confirmation on her page. If you do not renew it, she stops posting and chatting here. Silence is not renewal. Fanvue’s bill stops only when you cancel it on Fanvue. The card is charged by Fanvue. Cancelling on this site does not stop that bill. Cancel it on Fanvue.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, and delete characters, where we reasonably believe the Acceptable Use Policy or Content Standards have been breached; where we are required to by law, a payment provider, or a model provider; or where an account is used to attempt content involving minors or real people. Breaches of the minor-related rules end an account immediately and permanently, without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.
You may close your account at any time. Deleting a character removes her images, her trained model from our GPUs, her chat history and her stored Fanvue tokens.
8. Availability
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Image generation depends on third-party model providers and on GPU hardware; queues, failures and model changes happen. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid character can do, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the current month.
9. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that generated images will be of any particular quality, will resemble a previous generation, will be accepted by any platform, or will earn you anything. Nothing on the site is a prediction or promise of income.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid for this service in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or deleted content.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you generated, published or distributed in breach of these terms.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your country of residence.
