Every image this service produces is generated by a machine. No photograph of a human being is produced, and no human being performs in any of it.
Section 2257
18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A impose record-keeping duties on producers of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. The images generated here do not depict actual human beings. There are no performers, so there are no ages to verify and no records to keep, and the record-keeping requirements do not apply. Echelon Labs LLC does not hold, and cannot produce, performer records — because there are no performers.
If you publish generated content to a platform that requires a 2257 statement, it is your responsibility to give that platform an accurate one for what you publish.
Characters are fictional adults
Every character is fictional and is 18 or older. See Content Standards for how that is enforced.
This is not a real person
A character has a name, a face, a routine and a chat voice. None of it is real. A character's messages are produced by a language model, not by a human being, and are not the statements or opinions of Echelon Labs LLC. Do not present a character as a real human being to anyone, and do not let a fan believe they are talking to one where the law or the platform requires disclosure.
Age of the viewer
This site is for adults. Nothing on it is shown until the viewer actively confirms they are 18 or older and agrees to the terms. That confirmation is required again at checkout. Where a platform you publish to requires its own age assurance — the UK Online Safety Act, and similar laws in a number of US states — meeting that duty on that platform is yours.
AI only
There are no real profiles and no real performers. Every profile is labelled as AI. Real-performer adult content is not hosted here, and it is not mixed with the generated content. We do not make sexual deepfakes of real people. Deepfakes are prohibited, with or without a claimed permission.
How a still is labelled
Every still on this website carries the label “AI-generated fictional adult.” The same sentence is added to image captions we publish to a connected account. A voice note played on this website is marked the same way next to the player. If you copy a still somewhere else, you leave that label on it.
