If something here infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act.
Sending a notice
Write to [email protected] with the heading "Copyright notice" and include:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email.
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The URL or a description precise enough for us to find the material.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable material expeditiously where a notice is valid, and we tell the account holder.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your signature, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live or, if outside the US, of England and Wales. We may restore the material after ten business days unless we are told court proceedings have been filed.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly attract valid notices are closed.
A note on generated images
Generated images are produced from a description you wrote. If you believe a generated image reproduces a protected work, send a notice and we will review it on its merits.
